1 Make a commitment

The commitment is 60 to 90 days of a Beachbody workout program, Shakeology, and the Challenge Group accountability page. Looking for something shorter? Unable to work out for reasons of injury? There is even a 21 day program called the Ultimate Reset. You commit to the Beachbody program of your choice, Shakeology once a day, and a Challenge Group spot for accountability and Support! We all work together and help each other SUCCEED!!

2 Be a part of a supportive community

You will be a part of an online community of people, just like you, who are creating in their lives a focus on health and wellbeing. Together we will lift ourselves and each other up.

3 Have access to your own, personal Coach

As your coach I am there for you, to answer your questions, support your efforts, and help you plan how to create and maintain the health and wellness that you want to have in your life.
